Strength Fusion - a full body workout including strength, resistance training, balance, some cardio and core.
Box & Burn - this high-energy class includes boxing techniques with some core and cardio workouts to enhance your fitness.
Pilates - a class that strengthens your core, hips and glutes, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness.
Reformer Pilates - uses a reformer machine to enhance core stability, muscle toning and flexibility through controlled movements.
Yoga Flow - this class emphasises fluid movement and mindfulness, promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
Yoga & Meditation - this class combines yoga poses with meditation to help you relax, de-stress, and improve your mind-body connection.
Stretch & Flex - improve your flexibility and mobility through a series of gentle stretching exercises to enhance your range of motion.
