Nikki Thompson is the founder of Flex It Fitness and a Women's Over 35 Exercise Specialist with an interest in fitness, menopause, and women’s health.
She is passionate about educating women on how to exercise and nourish their bodies during this time. Her goal is to shed light on the advantages of both exercise and diet, showing how they work together to effectively manage the symptoms linked to menopause.
As a qualified Personal Trainer and MyMT™Menopause Affiliate Coach, Nikki is currently going through perimenopause, so this gives her a unique insight into how challenging this journey can be.
Nikki is an expert in what she does and is known for her specialised approach in making sure women are getting the correct evidence-based information on how to train effectively and nourish their bodies through menopause.
She believes that so many women are missing out on living their best life during their midlife years and menopause, simply because they're not sure how to adjust their lifestyle for this new phase.

Phillippa Taylor has been practicing yoga for over 30 years. A visit to India in her early twenties changed everything, and she realised that stillness and calm are the great transformers, not drama.
This profound realisation led her to delve deeper into the world of meditation, eventually becoming a teacher at the Siddha Yoga ashram in Dulwich Hill. She has also completed a three-year teacher training course at North Sydney Yoga.
Drawing upon her holistic approach to wellness, Phillippa also shares her knowledge and passion for mindful movement through her Pilates classes as well.
With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, she continues to inspire and guide her clients on their journey to physical and spiritual wellbeing.

We offer a variety of services, including small group classes and personal training to help you achieve your goals, both within the gym and in your everyday life.
Our group classes have a maximum of 6-8 women. This enables us to take a more customised approach with our classes and make sure that the workouts are suitable for you.
We welcome all levels of fitness, whether you've had a break from exercise, you're beginning your fitness journey or you're a fitness fanatic. We tailor our approach to match your current fitness level.
