You can park at Dan Murphy's/The Forest Hotel or there is street parking off Frenchs Forest Road East.
We offer three types of memberships for the Group Classes.
*2x classes per week. You can choose up to 2x classes for that week.
*5x classes per week. You can choose up to 5x classes for that week.
*7x classes per week, You can choose up to 7x classes for that week.
Please note that you must use the classes within each week, as they do not role over into the following week. This makes things easier to manage.
You can put your membership on hold, but you must give a minimum of 2 week's notice.
Yes, you can cancel your membership at any time, but you must give a minimum of 2 week's notice.
The group classes have a maximum of 6-8 women, so that we can provide personalised coaching at every class. There are a number of classes to choose from including:
Strength Fusion - a full body workout including strength, resistance training, balance, some cardio and core.
Box & Burn - this high-energy class includes boxing techniques with some core and cardio workouts to enhance your fitness.
Mat Pilates - a class that strengthens your core, hips and glutes, improves flexibility, and enhances body awareness.
Reformer Pilates - uses a reformer machine to enhance core stability, muscle toning and flexibility through controlled movements.
Yoga Flow - this class emphasises fluid movement and mindfulness, promoting flexibility, strength, and relaxation.
Stretch & Flex - improve your flexibility and mobility through a series of gentle stretching exercises to enhance your range of motion.
Spin - get ready to sweat in this high-energy class. Boost your cardiovascular fitness while building lower body strength.
Absolutely, our classes cater for all fitness levels and we are experts at providing options and modifications as needed, this is why we keep our classes small. If you have concerns, turn up a few minutes early to the class, introduce yourself and let us know if you have any injuries (old or new) or anything that may prevent you from doing certain exercises so that we can ensure you are safe at all times.

4. Fill in your details and complete the questionnaire
5. Purchase a Membership (weekly group classes) or Package (10-pack for group classes or PT Sessions)
6. Book into a class, if you purchased a membership. Otherwise, contact me on 0422 364 474 if you have bought PT session/s to book a time
You can book into a class via the PTminder App - once you have set up an account, via a link on the website, or in person.
You can cancel your class booking via the PTminder App
You need to cancel your booking at least 1 hour before the class starts. This can be done via the PTminder App. That way another person on the waitlist can join.
We use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, TRX, benches, exercise bikes, treadmills, rowers, machines and more.
